As I just concluded Daisy Haites The Great Undoing, my anticipation for February 13th (if you are not aware of the significance of this date, I urge you to do your research) is at its peak. This whimsical yet daunting series sits at the forefront of my mind (where it will remain until further notice). Hastings represents these flawed characters with emotional depth, comedic factors, and writing that is silky smooth to the touch. The exploration of the London elite from the eyes of the "box set" members gripped me with a fascination for England's rich culture and witty citizens. To date, this is my Roman Empire (in Tik-Tok dialogue, this historical empire represents something that frequently comes to mind).
